Free shipping on all orders.
Each lighthernest product must be manually inspected and packaged before shipping. We’ll send you a shipping mail once your order is shipped.
Please be sure to enter your address correctly. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address or custom clearance imports.

Processing Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Most styles can be shipped out within 1-7 working days, while some orders may take more days as some products may be out of stock temporarily due to large demand, or they are reserved items which need to pre-order. We’ll contact you then about the replenishment ready day. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

United Kingdom: 15 – 25 working days
Europe: 15 – 25 working days
*Some remote regions in above countries have extra upcharge for the shipping fee, such as Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and other remote regions.

For Example:
1) After you placed an order for a light, processing period is taken 1-7 Business Days to process your order from the date your order is placed. Before all parcels are delivered to the logistics company, our warehouse needs to do inspection and disinfection for each parcel strictly.
2) Shipping time takes 3-15 Business Days normally. Then buyer will receive parcel in 4-22 Days. For orders in the East Central United States, packages are expected to be delayed by 1-5 business days due to tornadoes. For severe storm areas (i.e. Arkansas, Mississippi, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri), packages may be delayed even longer. We thank you for your understanding. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
IMPORTANT:We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please offer the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us via at sale@lighthernest.com as soon as possible.
3) You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support( sale@lighthernest.com) within 30 days after your order was placed. Please note that late requests may not be accepted.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day). For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur in case of pending payment authorizations.
Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.
How can I get my track&trace code?
Every customer will receive their track&trace code automatically, once we have your order ready for shipping. The track&trace code will be sent to your Email, which you filled in our system. In some instances, carrier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for me to pick it up?
Your order will arrive at your house.Some cities / regions / countries may not provide door-to-door service, though this is rare.
