All us orders are normally processed, packed, and ready for shipping within 7 working days. We ship from our warehouse using UpS or FedEx. Delivery normally takes 5 to 15 working days after your items have been shipped.

Every customer will receive their track&trace code automatically, once we have your order ready for shipping. The track&trace code will be sent to your Email, which you filled in our system. In some instances, carrier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

You don’t need to pay any taxes when order from us, and for most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
1. Send an e-mail to sale@lighthernest.com, along with your order ID, return item, return reason, and pictures or video that clearly showing the item package/box/crate, item label, and the item if you opened the box.
2. After receiving your request, our product expert will evaluate the return risk and shipping costs, then revert to you to confirm.
3. Once you confirmed, we would initiate a return label to you.
4. Please package the Item(s). Please ensure all parts are in the original packing way.
5. Ship out the package(s). We will process the refund after receiving the item completely and safely.
You will receive a notification email within 3-5 working days after we received your item(s), and when refund is processed. The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn from.
Please note that for credit card payment refund, please allow up to one billing cycle for your account to be credited. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes. It is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. Or if an unusual delay occurs, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Please contact us, if the order has not been shipped, we will update the address. We cannot change the delivery address after the order be shipped.
Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:
1. Canceling a paid order. If you haven’t received the shipping notification, you can contact our customer service.
2. Canceling an unpaid order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

2. Hot-sale items need additional preparation time.
3. Weight or size limit of customs or courier.
